Beginning in March 2026, and lasting approximately one year, North Chickamauga Creek Gorge State Park will undergo a major improvement project that will temporarily close significant areas of the park, including the Montlake Road Entrance and trailhead and access to the Blue Hole. Learn more about the closures here. These upgrades will enhance safety, accessibility, and visitor amenities, and guests are encouraged to plan ahead and respect posted closures.
