Overview

In Dawes & Sioux County, about 27 miles west of Chadron, Fort Robinson State Park covers about 44,496 acres.

The park supports horseback riding, historic sites, canoeing and kayaking, hunting in season, and boating. Water access includes a swimming pool and a fishing pier. Camping is available: campsites, including tent sites and showers. Roofed lodging includes cabins.
